A memorial service/fundraiser of the late Joan Njeri Gitau was held on Sunday at PCEA Neema church in Lowell MA. Friends, relatives, and the community at large came out to encourage and pray with the family. The family thanked everyone who has supported them in all ways during this difficult time.
The funeral of the late Joan Njeri Gitau will be held on Friday, March 24th, 2017. The service will take place at PCEA Neema Church-450 Chelmsford Street, Lowell MA. Viewing of Joan’s remains is scheduled to start at 10:00 am, immediately followed by the service at 11:00 am.
After the service, the cortege will proceed to Westlawn II Cemetery at 305 Boston Rd, Lowell, MA 01852, where Joan will be laid to rest that afternoon.
Joan’s family requests friends and well-wishers not to take pictures (professional OR cellphone) during the open casket viewing of the body.
